Think about whether the sausages will be the main dish or part of a larger spread. Different sizes and preparations require different methods, so follow the instructions for this product rather than assuming a single cooking time works for every variety. Ask Lee about pack size, seasoning and allergens if you need more detail before choosing.
Serving ideas
For an everyday dinner, try mashed potatoes and greens; for a lighter plate, consider roasted vegetables or a salad. Keep any sauce or seasoning in balance with the flavour in the product description. For a gluten-free meal, check your sides and sauces too. Cook sausages thoroughly throughout and follow the label for storage and handling.

Cooking Nashville Hot Sausage
Check the cut and weight with Lee and follow the product instructions. Use a clean thermometer rather than judging doneness by time alone. For poultry, pork, minced meat, sausages, rolled joints and mechanically tenderised meat, cook thoroughly: the centre should reach 70°C for 2 minutes, or 75°C for 30 seconds. Clean the thermometer before and after checking.
How to plan a Sunday roastLee’s tip
A little extra at the table
Prepare your sides first so you can give the meat your full attention and let it rest before serving.
What goes with it?
Try mushrooms, potatoes and peppery leaves, with Malbec or sparkling blackcurrant.
