Pork, Cranberry & Rosemary from The Butchers Blade in Sandbach. Choose this counter item around the meal you want to make and the number of people you are feeding. The product name and original description are the starting point for understanding what is offered. Check the selected option before ordering so the size and format match your plans, whether you are cooking for yourself or sharing a table.
Choosing for your meal
If the listing does not give the weight, ingredients or preparation detail you need, ask Lee before deciding. A product name does not establish provenance, a particular cooking method or the number of servings. Think about the other dishes on the table and whether you want leftovers, then confirm the option that best suits your meal.
Serving ideas
Choose accompaniments to suit the actual product and follow its own preparation instructions. Vegetables, potatoes or another simple side may be useful starting points for a main meal, but are suggestions rather than included contents. Check the label for ingredients, allergens, cooking and storage, and ask at the counter if you are trying an unfamiliar item.

Cooking Pork, Cranberry & Rosemary
Check the cut and weight with Lee and follow the product instructions. Use a clean thermometer rather than judging doneness by time alone. For poultry, pork, minced meat, sausages, rolled joints and mechanically tenderised meat, cook thoroughly: the centre should reach 70°C for 2 minutes, or 75°C for 30 seconds. Clean the thermometer before and after checking.

A little extra at the table
Prepare your sides first so you can give the meat your full attention and let it rest before serving.
What goes with it?
Try cabbage, potatoes and apple, with Pinot Noir or an alcohol-free apple spritz.
